Full Form of HR is Human Resources. In a company, Human Resources stand for group of HR Managers which deals with people management, recruitment and providing direction, defining organisation policies among other things. The HRM is the most important department in any company.


They are responsible for personnel hiring, employee motivation, talent management, performance appraisal, positioning and overseeing the employees of an organisation. HRM takes care of the organization’s man power and make it effective and productive for the accomplishment of the organization’s goals and objectives. HRM considers every employee to be an asset of the company because they make up a company’s workforce. A company is more likely to be successful if it manages all of its workforce well. People of the organization are asset that must be hired, satisfied and retained and that is the main responsibility of HR.
